I love Nagasaki Chanpon Noodle at RINGER HUT!!!

Just had this yummy noodle at my favorite fast-food restaurant called Ringer-Hut(sorry NO ENGLISH WEBSITE) near JR Nakano Station. This noodle is not a Ramen, it is called Chanpon(means mixed up?), basically from Nagasaki Prefecture, very localized food, loved by people in Nagasaki. Soup is based on seafood(shrimp, octopus etc) and have lots of vegetables on top. There is another noodle called "Sara-Udon" as another Nagasaki's local food but I preffer having Chanpon Noodle at the best. I am currently planning to make a trip to Nagasaki in near future and will try various types of Chanpon noodle in its origin.
